I found Patagônia Experience after searching for travel agencies that offered accessible tours for people with disabilities (PCD) in that region.
Hailton was always very patient, polite, respectful, attentive, answered all my questions, gave me a realistic view of the accessibility in Ushuaia and El Calafate—both in the cities and on the tours—and found centrally located hotels in both cities to make my stay easier. He was so meticulous that he even sent me photos and measurements of the railings on the walkways at the Perito Moreno Glacier (El Calafate) to make sure my crutch wouldn't slip through, allowing me to enjoy everything with peace of mind.
The same level of care was shown by Jeff, who held a meeting with me to explain the region and the tours. Throughout the entire process, I could feel the genuine concern that I would have the best experience possible.
And I did! It was an incredible trip. The cities and all the tours were truly accessible for people with disabilities, and I also received full support from the local agents.
The itinerary they suggested for me couldn’t have been better. In Ushuaia, I did a private tour of the Ushuaia National Park and rode the End of the World Train. In El Calafate, I visited the walkways at the Perito Moreno Glacier and went on a boat tour through the glaciers. I had the chance to see amazing places and breathtaking landscapes. Just when I thought nothing could top the experiences I’d already had, the glacier boat tour in El Calafate came along—it was definitely the highlight of my trip.
Simply incredible! From the first contact to the moment I got back home. I wouldn't hesitate to book more trips with Patagonia Experience, and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone planning to visit the region.
All I can do is thank Patagonia Experience for the perfect trip they provided!
