Who we are
Jefferson Gonzalez remembers clearly the first time he saw an image of Patagonia. It was an aerial photo of Perito Moreno glacier and the year was the distant from now 1988, when he, as a teenager photographer, had a profound interest in images of nature and travel stories.
In 2005, finally he got to know Patagonia and in a 6-month-time changed his life, deciding to live among the Patagonian Andes for 2 years. There then it was conceived the web portal www.patagonia.com.br, an online guide of Patagonia aimed to the Brazilian market.
But the big step was about to come in 2009, when Jefferson let himself undertake a journey of more than 7.4 thousand miles by car through Patagonia, visiting by himself all of the places and experiencing every corner of “the end of the world”. It was then that he had an “insight” that has changed his perception of all: it was not a requirement to be, for example, a professional climber or an experienced skier to live Patagonia, in fact, it was easily reachable for all people! Then Patagonia Experience was born, an agency of specialists who know the region deeply and that will turn your travel to Patagonia an unforgettable experience!

Edgar Gomez

After that, he began making several trips to relive and explore new wonders of Patagonia and southern Chile.
Now that he works at Patagonia Experience, it means being able to help travelers discover and enjoy Patagonia in the best possible way—by reviewing flights, checking tour schedules, and preparing itineraries, allowing travelers to relax and make the most of their journey to the "end of the world."
Damaris Alejandra Torres Flores
