First of all, I’d like to thank the entire team at the agency for their prompt service. From the very first contact—Guilherme, Ruth who welcomed us here in São Paulo (such a sweetheart), Eduardo who answered every question I had during the trip, to Jefferson who made me feel completely at ease in the end. A huge thank you to all of you.

What can I say about the trip... it was the fulfillment of a dream.

The city of El Calafate is lovely. Very different from anything we had seen before. The local guides were excellent. Karina was cheerful and committed. On the first day, we went to Perito Moreno with Nadia. Such a friendly person, who explained everything to us the entire time. She was amazing. The landscape speaks for itself. Simply majestic.

The next day we went on the Ríos de Hielos tour, which was fantastic. This is an absolute must. It's the top of the top. Seeing the floating icebergs... the boat is very comfortable and the staff is professional. Taking pictures with the ice is something everyone has to do, haha. The Alto Calafate Hotel is very cozy, and the staff was helpful.

In Ushuaia, the real adventure in nature began. Everything is beautiful and wild. The team from Tierra Turismo was also very special. Marcelo is quite a character. Franco and Côco are incredibly kind people. The tours were amazing and unforgettable. I can’t forget to mention the king crab fishing. Diana, who welcomed us, was very attentive and the food, prepared in the local way, was divine. Another unmissable experience.

Visiting the penguin colony was also the realization of a dream. The guides were attentive and kind. Everyone should do this.

Ariel from Rincón Gourmet was also wonderful. The food is special and the atmosphere is unique.

As for the Altos de Ushuaia Hotel, it’s a good and comfortable place. The service from the staff could have been a bit better...

So once again, all I can say about the trip is thank you for everything.
